Contained in the document below is an explanation as to how violence is represented in video games, what effects they have on their audience and how this is being controlled when being sold in the market. Also included is a short debate discussing "Do video games cause youth violence?".
Violence in Videogames Debate
In this debate, we discussed a couple of key points against violence in video games. My team consisted of myself, Cameron and Tobiasz and as a group, we researched some points against violence which is present in many games today, whilst researching about this subject we found articles with information suggesting that people can be triggered and become aggressive when mimicing the violence portrayed.
